ARTH 101: World Art

Course: ARTH 101: World Art
Faculty: Janice Mann
DP&S liaison: Emily Sherwood
Semester and Year: Fall 2016

In World Art, students examine art and architecture created throughout the world from the prehistoric period to the 14th century. Throughout the semester, students worked in pairs to curate 15 digital exhibitions focused around a well-known work of art in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. The exhibits include an analytic essay, photographs, and descriptions of each work. Students built their exhibits using the WP Tiles plugin on WordPress.
